  • Sign-up as Influencer, all campaigns will be displayed to you
  • Click on any particular campaign that you want to Apply to
  • Click on the APPLY button
  • Influencer will be displayed few questions
  • Answer the mandatory questions
  • Summary will be generated of those answered questions
  • Click on the Send button
  • Your Proposal will be sent to the Brand
  • Yes. Influencers cannot apply on campaigns without attaching instagram account with Amplifyd.

    • For Brand

  • Only a Brand can start a Contract
  • Brand will navigate to New Proposals tab
  • Click on HIRE button on New Proposals
  • Enter Description
  • Enter Duration (Number of days) in which Brand wants the work to be done
  • Enter Contract fee
  • Service charges will be displayed on the basis of contract fee having a further breakdown of Commission, Sales Tax and Execution charges
  • Total will be displayed which is the sum of Contract fee and Service charges
  • Click on Next button
  • Summary will be displayed on the next tab
  • Click Send Offer
  • You must have enough credit in your wallet to send this offer
  • If you don’t have enough credit to create this Contract, you will be displayed a pop-up to add credits
  • Add Credit first then Send Offer

    • For Influencer

  • Contract offer will be sent to Influencer
  • Influencer will now Reconsider / Accept / Reject the contract offer
  • If he Accepts, Contract will be started
  • If he Rejects, Contract will be Disputed
  • If he selects the Reconsider option, the influencer will be sending a message to the brand to reconsider this contract offer. The brand will then send again the contract offer to influencer
  • Brand will create top-up request from App either via contacting our Sales team or by making Manual/Online Transactions

    • By contacting our Sales Team

  • Go to Settings
  • Navigate to Wallet
  • Click on Add Credit
  • A pop-up will be displayed on which a Contact number of our sales team will be displayed
  • You can ask our sales team to add credit to your wallet

    • By Manual/Online Transactions

  • Brand will create top-up request from App by filling the form
  • Brand will select if he/she wants to recharge the wallet either by Cheque or by Online Transaction
  • If Brand wants manually, he/she will provide the cheque number, IBAN number and amount which he/she wants to be added in wallet
  • If Brand wants Online Transaction, he/she will provide Transaction id, IBAN number, and amount which he/she wants to be added in wallet.
  • Accountant panel will Accept/Reject request
  • Amount will be added to Brand’s credit

  • Influencers will Submit their Work on any particular campaign which they worked on
  • Brands will approve the Influencer’s work
  • Then the Influencer will complete the contract
  • The Contract will then be completed by the Brand
  • When a Brand completes the Contract, payment will be released to the Influencer

    Influencer Flow:

  • Influencer will navigate to Contract details
  • Navigate to Post Review tab
  • Click on the Add New Post
  • Enter description
  • Upload Image / Video from gallery
  • Click on Submit button
  • Your post will be added and is In-Review state
  • This post will be received to Brand with the same status (In-Review)
  • You can Delete / Edit this post until it is In-Review state, once it is Approved / Rejected you can’t Delete / Edit this post
  • Both Influencer and Brand can have discussion in the comment section, if Brand wants any changes he can request them in the comment section
  • When your post is Accepted by Brand, your post’s status will be Approved
  • When your post is Rejected by Brand, your post’s status will be Rejected

    • Brand Flow:

  • Brand will navigate to the Contract details
  • Navigate to Post Review tab
  • All posts will be displayed here
  • Brand will have the option to Approve / Reject / Comment on the post
  • If Brand rejects the post, Influencer will create another post
  • Navigate to Work diary
  • By default you will be redirected to Active tab
  • Click on a particular Contract
  • In the Contract Details, you will be displayed the Work Submission section
  • Click on Work Submission , you will be displayed Add Work screen
  • Influencers can add Post/Story in Work Submission
  • In Story, you will add your Story title and attach images/videos. You can Edit/Delete the Story only until the Contract is In-Progress. Once the contract is completed, you can’t Edit/Delete the Story.
  • In Post, you will add your post URL and attach images/videos. You can Edit and Delete the post only until the Contract is In-Progress. Once the contract is completed, you can’t Edit/Delete the Story.
  • Post and Story would be displayed in the Work Submission
  • Influencer can only add Instagram posts links, loading sign is displayed besides link when it is loading. URL other than Instagram won’t be acceptable
  • When Instagram URL is approved, the loading sign turns green. Otherwise it won’t turn green
  • Influencer can add screenshots (images) of his work in Screenshot(s) section
  • Influencer can add images only from Gallery, taken within past 1 hour
  • After adding work, all the work will be displayed in a list
  • Click on the Delete icon if you want to delete added work
  • Click Add New Work to add more work and go through the above mentioned process.
  • Brand created a campaign of some budget
  • Then Influencer sent proposal of some budget on this campaign
  • Brand will send Contract Offer to Influencer
  • Example:

    • Brand Flow:

  • Brand entered Contract Fee of 4500
  • Service charges which are 1,270 in this case will be deducted which is the sum of Execution charges, Sales Tax and Commission (100+720+450) respectively. Execution charges are fixed that is 100.
  • Now add Contract fee and Service Charges (4500+1270) which give the Total of 5,770
  • 5,770 will be deducted from Brand’s wallet

    • Influencer Flow:

  • Service Charges which are 1,170 will be deducted from Influencer side which is the sum of Commission and Sales Tax (450+720) respectively
  • Now subtract Service Charges from Contract fee (4,500-1,170) which give the Total of 3,330
  • 3,330 will be received in Infleucner’s wallet
  • Campaign budget and Proposal budget has nothing to do with Contract budget calculation
